The extensively devastated area was bought by the company KR OSTRAVA a.s. in the year 2000. The company built its headquarters at the premises after an expensive reconstruction. Between the years 2002 and 2003, the cellar area was also reconstructed and a restaurant, lounge and stylish wine cellar were opened.
